Return Eligibility

  • Perishable items (e.g., produce, meat, seafood, bakery) are non-refundable unless there is a clear quality issue and it is reported within 24 hours of purchase.
    生鲜类商品(如蔬果、肉类、海鲜、烘焙等) 恕不接受退货,除非存在明显质量问题,且需在购买后 24小时内 提出。
     

  • Packaged goods (e.g., snacks, dry goods) must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Return requests must be made within 7 days of purchase and accompanied by a valid receipt.
    包装类商品(如零食、干货等)需在未拆封、未使用且保留原包装的情况下,在购买后 7日内 携带有效小票申请退货。
     

  • Frozen products must be returned frozen and unopened, with a receipt, within 3 days.
    冷冻类商品需在3日内保持冷冻状态且未拆封,并携带小票办理退货。
     

  • Items on clearance or promotion are final sale and non-refundable unless damaged or expired at time of purchase.
    特价/促销商品除非购买时即存在破损或过期问题,一律不接受退货。

Return Process

  • Please visit the customer service counter in-store with your item and receipt.
    请携带商品与购物小票前往门店的客服柜台。
     

  • Our staff will inspect the product and issue a refund or exchange at our discretion based on condition and eligibility.

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or as store credit, depending on the situation.

Important Notes

  • No returns without a valid receipt.
