At Asian Family Market, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure the quality and freshness of all our products. Please review the following policy regarding returns and refunds:

Return Eligibility

Receipt & Packaging / 小票与原包装

Returns or exchanges require the original receipt and original packaging. Refunds and exchanges are only allowed at the AFM store where you purchased your product.
If no receipt is available, please provide the purchase date and total amount.
退换货需提供原始收据及原包装。退款及换货仅限于原购买门店办理。
若无收据,请提供购买时间及总金额。

Final Sale Items / 以下商品不退不换

All sales are final on: live seafood, gift cards, plants, Personal Care, Chinese medicine, herbs, ginseng, dried seafood, alcohol, merchandise and clearance items.

以下商品不可退换:活海鲜、礼品卡、植物、个人护理用品、中药、草药、人参、干海产、酒类、特价及清仓商品。

 

Electronics / 电子产品

For electronic items, please note that AFM cannot provide warranty service on behalf of its manufacturer. Please read your owner’s manual for warranty detail.

电子产品:百家超市不提供保固,请参阅产品说明书。

Non-Returnable Conditions / 以下情况不接受退换

Products with unauthorized repairs, modifications, misuse, storage and installation cannot be returned or exchanged.

未经授权维修、改装、误用、不当存放或安装等情况不接受退换。

Time Limits / 退换期限

Fresh products must be returned within 7 days.
(Meat, fish, produce and refrigerated items)

生鲜商品:购买后 7 天内因质量问题可退换。
(肉类、鱼类、蔬果及冷藏商品)

Other Merchandise / 其他部分商品

Merchandise will be accepted within 30 days of purchase.

其他商品:购买后 30 天内可办理。

Return Process

​Please bring the original payment card used at checkout to any cashier at the store where the purchase was made.
Our staff will assist you with processing the refund in person.

线下退款请携带结账时使用的原支付卡,前往原购买门店的任意收银台。
将由门店工作人员协助您完成退款流程。

For online refunds, please contact our online customer service.
Refunds will be issued back to the original payment card.
After the refund is processed successfully, it may take 1–5 business days to appear on your card.

线上退款请联系线上客服办理。
退款将原路退回至刷卡原卡。
退款处理成功后,通常需要 1–5 个工作日退回到您的卡内。
